The 54-year-old manager was pulled over around 10 p.m. PT on Saturday, August 4 in Sherman Oaks, California, according to People magazine. When police suspected that he was drunk, he was reportedly handcuffed and taken into custody.
Simpson spent the night behind bars and was released at 9:41 a.m. the next morning, without having to post bail. This was reportedly the Simpson family patriarch's first offense.
