Malcolm Browne dies

Malcolm Browne Dies: the former Associated Press correspondent popularly known for taking a photo of a burning monk has died. He was 81 years old.
Malcolm Brown was suffering from Parkinson’s disease since 2000 and died Monday night in New Hampshire after having difficulty in breathing.
He was survived by his wife Le Lieu, who he met in Saigon.
Browne was acclaimed for his hard-hitting reporting of the Vietnam War. But his photo of a Buddhist
monk’s suicide by fire that shocked the Kennedy White House into a critical policy re-evaluation had made him famous.
