Katy Perry might be getting a lot of attention for her short fling with John Mayer, but ex-husband Russell Brand is getting on with his life, too. The comedian is reportedly dating former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell,
according to sources.

"Isabella and [Russell] broke it off," a source told US Weekly. "He has been in London since the Olympics and is traveling for standup."
Brand performed - as did the Spice Girls - at the closing ceremonies of the 2012 Summer Olympics. They were photographed together backstage, sparking the rumors. Brand even joked about having a crush on the singer.
"Things are getting very serious between them - they're a proper couple now," a source told the UK Daily Star. "They had met several times in the past, but really got to know each other during the Olympics. People thought Russell was joking at the time, when he said he had a crush on Geri all over again, but it was true."
We like this pairing. They seem to have the same offbeat personalities - and they make more sense than Perry and Brand ever did.
