Occupy Burlington Shooting

Occupy Burlington Shooting- A 35-year-old man was shot and wounded Thursday at an "Occupy Burlington" encampment, but authorities said there does not appear to be any safety risk to the public, the Burlington Free Press reported.
The 35-year-old man is in "grave condition" and a gun has been recovered in City Hall Park, where "Occupy Burlington" protesters have been camped since Oct. 28, the newspaper said.
Several protesters and a camp organizer said they believe the man shot himself, according to the Free Press and WPTZ-TV.

Police responded to the area around 2:20pm local time and removed a motionless man from a green tent and there was blood in the area. There had been reports of a gunshot in the area, police said.
