reality show “Jersey Shore” after season 6 wraps up this Fall. Season 6 is set to debut on October 4th. The official announcement was made earlier today,August 30th.
Also, MTV is going to air a special one-hour show to commemorate the series,and it’ll be called, “Gym, Tan, Look Back,” and it’s set to air on September 6th at 6pm eastern time,preceding the big MTV Video Music Awards. The special will recap the most memorable moments from Jersey Shore and will also feature interviews with the cast, along with the first sneak peek of the 6th season.
Their source told them, the cast has “had a great run and have all become pop culture icons. Everyone will continue to be successful with their own spinoffs and various projects. You haven’t seen the last of some of the cast.” In related news, the Snooki & JWOWW spinoff show was picked up for a second season.
