Yellowstone bison charge

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, Wyoming—Park officials are using a video posted on
YouTube to demonstrated what you should not do when visiting Yellowstone.
The video, posted in August, shows tourists walking up to a bison. You can even hear a man behind the camera coaxing the kids to pet the animal.
At first, the bison appears calm, but without warning the animal takes off and starts charging after one of the children in particular. Thankfully the boy is able to round a quick corner and jump onto a wooden walkway, and the bison soon leaves.
The West Yellowstone Chamber of Commerce was appalled by the video, and officials reposted it on their Facebook page saying the group had no idea how lucky they were no one was hurt.
