Lil Wayne hospitalized

Lil Wayne was recently hospitalized after suffering seizure-like symptoms on a private jet according to TMZ. The 30-year-old rapper was on a plane that had to make an emergency landing in Texas before being transported to a local hospital where he received treatment on Thursday.

A source close to Weezy confirmed that he was “doing better” after spending several hours in the hospital.
No word on what exactly caused the symptoms.

Lil Wayne’s management just released the following statement pertaining to his recent hospitalization:

Lil Wayne was successfully released from the hospital after being treated for a severe migraine and dehydration. He is at home on doctor mandated rest and will return to work soon. He appreciates all of his fans for their support and love.
Reports that he was still hospitalized, or had suffered a seizure, are incorrect.
