Melanie Lynskey divorce

Actress Melanie Lynskey, who is known for her role on the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men filed for divorce from Jimmi Simpson after five years of marriage.
People reported that the filing took place Sept. 25 in Los Angeles Superior Court. Irreconcilable differences
were cited as the reason.
The couple, who have no children, reportedly waived the right to spousal support. They first separated April 9.
Lynskey, 35, plays wacky neighbor Rose on Men. Her film roles include Sweet Home Alabama (2002) and Shattered Glass (2003). Her recent movie is The Perks of Being a Wallflower, starring Emma Watson. She made her film debut in Peter Jackson’s Heavenly Creatures (1994).
Simpson’s films include this year’s Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, as well as the upcoming Emanuel and the Truth About Fishes. He has also appeared in episodes of Psych, 24 and How I Met Your Mother.
According to OntheRedCarpet.com, Lynskey met Simpson, 36, in 2002 while filming the Stephen King miniseries Rose Red. They married five years later.
