According to reports, “Hundreds of fans waited for hours to see the wax figure, and to get their photo taken with the Twilight star. The museum even had to hire extra security to protect the wax version of ‘Rob’, as it took four months and cost $240,000 to create, but few of them were disappointed.”
“The statue catered to every small detail of Pattinson’s features – from his wild hair down to his stubble, but failed to get an identical look,” reported Sun online.
The wax statue of Robert Pattinson will remain at the Blackpool, England location of Madame Tussauds until the end of November and then it will take a worldwide tour to their other locations.
