Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are "not worried" about having children "out of wedlock".
The pair have been dating since 2007, and got engaged in January 2010. Kristen and Dax have decided not to wed until gay marriage is legalised in America. The Hollywood couple says delaying their nuptials won't affect their decision to start a family. "We'll have them out of wedlock. We're not worried about that," Dax told Larry King during a joint interview on Larry King Now.
"It doesn't really bother us," Kristen added.
The stars are currently promoting their new romantic comedy Hit and Run. Written and directed by Dax, the real-life couple portray onscreen lovers, but Kristen insists it wasn’t difficult to forget the cameras and tap into their genuine romantic energy.
“It wasn’t hard, at all. We’re both actors and we’re in front of the camera a lot. We’re both on TV shows, which puts you in front of a camera, non-stop, so we’re good at blocking that out,” she told movie website Collider.
“And we have a real f**king rapport with one another, so it’s not hard to look at each other and lock into that.”
