None of this year's crop of X Factor contestants has grabbed attention quite like Kitty Brucknell, and it's not just the public who have strong views on the Britney impersonator.
Kitty's fellow finalists are apparently shunning her, and bosses fear the 26-year-old could QUIT because of the bullying *eek*
Production staff are so concerned they have moved Kitty into her own room in the finalists' mansion.
A show source told the Mirror: "We don't want her to be in any more hostile situations, or risk her feeling bullied, so now she has her own room. She is the first contestant to get their own room this series."
The source added: "The last thing we want is Kitty walking out. She is one of the stars of the show."
Communications director at charity BeatBullying, Sherry Adhami has had her say on the situation.
She said: "Being harassed and abused is totally unacceptable. People mistakenly think it is only young people who can be bullied. That's not the case. Just because Kitty is in her 20s, bullying can still cause many of the same problems."
An X Factor spokesman said: "Contestant welfare is of paramount importance and activity in the house is supervised at all times."
Kitty has also been accused of being on the other side of the bullying, with reports earlier this week claiming the Lady Gaga impersonator "has it in" for Janet Devlin.
Kitty took to Twitter to deny the accusations, saying: "if u think that story is true then ur wrong. Do not keep rumor going as Janet has enough right now w/o all that."
Janet's grandfather died this week, and the 16-year-old has decided to perform on Saturday's show so will miss his funeral this weekend.
